Wayne Todd: Guitars and Vocals - Dave Jackson: Guitars, Baritone Guitar, Bass and Vocals Neal Miller and Mat Fuller: Drums Wayne's parents bought him a toy drum set when he was in third grade. He picked up the guitar in the fifth grade and was in his first band playing bass by 9th. He is the creator behind More Complete and it's music (AKA: The Wayne Todd Exploitation Experience) and the owner of Life of Sin Records. More Complete was formed in the summer of 1996 in the DC Metro area at the now infamous 'Burgundy House' of Alexandria VA; the same house that sheltered countless indie-rock musicians like Eric White of The Milk Carton Children, every member of Ostinato, and Jason Cadell of The Dismemberment Plan. More Complete started out as More Complete Psychosis with Neal Miller on drums and both Wayne and Dave playing guitar. In 1997 they recorded and released 'We do it for the chicks', an EP for their debut on Life Of Sin Records and began playing locally. They soon gained recognition for their alternative 'all guitar and no bass' style of noise-rock-pop and developed a following. A full-length album and tour was close at hand when Neal was replaced on drums by Mat Fuller and the name changed to simply More Complete. They recorded their second self-titled effort in 1998 at Phase studios in College Park Maryland. After the studio sessions were over Dave took a job offer in Amsterdam. The albums release and promotion would suffer. Wayne and Matt each recorded solo albums awaiting Dave's return eight months later. Newer, more complete material could not save the band and they broke up six months later.
